2 days: It often takes 2 days or more for antibiotic to begin to work. You should start seeing improvement by now. If not, call your treating Dentist.

Yes: I think the answer to your questions is Yes the other teeth can still be loose and sensitive to the touch if the infection on the tooth of issue was extensive. The body also has it's own process of dealing with issues and this may be different from person to person. If you still have concerns just call and schedule with your current dentist to review the area and help ease your concerns
