I had a retreat on a root canal that i had done previously. i have gone through 2 rounds of antibiotics, should i still be getting a fistula?

See below: Many variables, first that the tooth has a fracture and would be better served with an implant, second, incomplete or missing canals, dependent on the location of the tooth an apicoectomy may be beneficial, speak with your dentist or endodontist for complete understanding of your individual case.
