Get a real Rx: Guinot is a brand of pricey french skin-care products with ads that are full of scientific terms. I don't see any ingredient that looks likely to touch acne. Do yourself a favor and get some topical benzoyl peroxide instead -- the stuff actually works. If you aren't clear in two weeks, get with your physician.
