Examination: I would suggest having your doctor take a look at this sudden eruption of pimples on your underarm(s).If it truly started with one yesterday and today you have 20 I can't help but wonder if this is a worsening of a possible bacterial infection and you may need an actual oral or skin antibiotic that works well on skin infections rather than just isotretinoin (A-cnotren).Good luck!
