Normal: If the are enlarged it could be explained by a sinus infection which you may have.

Normal: Submandibular glands can normally be up to about 3 cm in size, so approximately the size of a walnut.

Yes, submandibular: Glands can be palpated (felt), and the size of a walnut would be within normal limits. Ct shows them very well, and will also show any lymph nodes around them.
