Lymphoma and Tests: More likely some type of viral syndrome, but can't comment more because i don't have the exact numbers and for how long this has been going on.

Very unlikely: If you've been reading about sjogren's and so forth, stop worrying and get on with your life. Slightly high / low absolute counts of neuts and lymphs seldom mean much; percentages are even less meaningful. You're young for lymphoma even if you do have one of the autoimmune diseases that affects salivary glands, which with normal antibodies you likely don't. Glad you checked out okay.

Probably not, but ..: Follow up with your doctor. This could represent a viral infection of some sort. A normal ct, assuming an accurate interpretation, is a good sign, since most lymphoma patients present with enlarged lymph nodes which are easily seen on ct. If this problem persists or worsens, a consultation with a hematologist (a doctor who specializes in diseases of the blood) may be helpful.
