Right Upper Abd Pain: Pain on the upper right side of the abdomen which comes and goes can be seen in biliary colic which is caused by gallstones. Instead of laboratory work, an abdominal ultrasound will help make this diagnosis.

Amylase was 208 U/L (ref range 31-110) and lipase was 253 U/L (ref range 13-78). CT of pancreas was normal but have symptoms like nausea, fatty stools, fatigue and weight loss with extreme thirst. Could it be chronic pancreatitis instead of acute?
