Amylase was 208 u/l (ref range 31-110) and lipase was 253 u/l (ref range 13-78). ct of pancreas was normal but have symptoms like nausea, fatty stools, fatigue and weight loss with extreme thirst. could it be chronic pancreatitis instead of acute?

Acute pancreatitis 3 years ago and havent had a drop of alch. since diagnosis. Recently went I got tests on my pancreas and my lipase came back 13 based on 16-63 range & amylase came back 39 in 2-125 range. Looking for 2nd opinion on results?

Could I have pancreatitis even if mrcp, ultrasound, & CT scan do not show any abnormalities? Lipase normal. Amylase 124 (reference range: 28 to 100).
