Sleep problem?: Headache in the morning ot normal and could be the result of a sleep disordered breathing problem. The stuffy nose can be also part of the problem if you are unable to breath thru your nose. Low oxygen levels from a sleep disordered thing problem may be causing your morning headaches. See your doctor for an evaluation and possible referral for a sleep study.
