Woke up with a very mild headache, feel mildly weak, very mild itchy throat and this weird burning/inflamed feeling in my nostrils almost as if its irritated by something. any ideas? i walked a lot the past week i wonder if its from exhaustion. ty?

Either an upper respiratory allergic reaction or viral infection such as Covid-19 or adenovirus infection may manifest with those symptoms, less likely due to past week prolonged walking. Observe those symptoms in the next 24-48 hours will give you the answer. Covid antigen test should be done if the prevalence is still moderate to high where you live.
