A member asked:

My husband (38) is having severe, agonising headaches when he ejaculates. they are always behind his right eye and down the right side of his neck. he is also getting frequent nosebleeds out his right nostril. what could this be? i am very worried?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sexually associated headaches of this type are termed "thunderclap headaches" and are a variant of migraine. Appropriate preventative medications are readily available, and a neurologist could facilitate. The nosebleeds are a different issue and can be addressed by an otolaryngologist.
