Check blood pressure: Nose bleed associated with headaches is unusual. Consider the possibility of very high blood pressure which should be checked immediately. Very rarely a tumor of the nose and sinuses can cause severe nosebleeds with headaches. I would recommend seeing an ENT doctor. Sinus headaches may be present at the same time as nasal congestion which can lead to nose bleed as a result of nose blowing.
