COVDI 19 concerns: It is possible that your symptoms could be due to COVID 19. Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms: temp of at least 99.6 F (37.5 C), Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.

Not typical: Usually fever is typical symptom and loss of smell sometimes of covid. What you seem to be describing is sinus pressure from either allergies or any virus, could even be a an infection of the sinuses. Simple antihistamines or a decongestant/tylenol may help.
