Sinus infection: It is possible that you have a sinus infection. i would see your doctor or go to an urgent care to get diagnosed and treated.

Pain: May be a dental neuralgia as you are describing the trigeminal nerve. You may have a cavity brewing or bite issues. Less likely would be your sinuses. If the pain is that bad you can take ibuprofen but you should check it out. Best bet is the ER today
