Possibly: First make sure that you are using your nasal spray correctly by aiming the spout towards the side and not the center of the nasal cavity. Aiming the spray direct-center may cause headaches. However dizziness is unexpected and may be from sinusitis or other factors. You need to talk to your doctor about these new symptoms.
