Low accomodation: Unfortunately we live in a world designed around "neurotypical" functioning. Adults with adhd are often misunderstood and mislabeled at work and in their relationships, having to work much harder to overcome their deficits. Respectful education of those around you is often a good strategy. http://www.additudemag.com is a good resource for a variety of adhd topics and education.

Impulse & missed cue: Those with adhd have lots of blind spots that make life harder for them. They miss key information, have trouble completing tasks, and impulsively act first and face consequences later. That said, they also can be spontaneous, innovative, & able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. The key is finding a supportive environment that plays the person's strengths & props up their weak points.

KNOW HOW IT WORKS: People with adult attention deficit disorder are more inventive when they are off the meds. Then they can be organized on the meds. You have two gears when non-aadd have one. Just exxperiment with on and off and note the results.
