ADHD: This is often diagnosed by psychologist. If you meet diagnostic criteria they can discuss non-medication treatments with you or refer you to a physician or psychiatrist to discuss possible medication treatments.

Seek eval: A person functions best when they are in good health, get adequate restorative sleep, are properly nourished and in a comfortable environment. I have difficulty accepting that an adult would be ADHD without being one in childhood. It might happen, but it would be important to go though an evaluation to exclude other correctable issues before accepting that label.
