By filling your life: W great things. Eat nutriciously. Sleep 8 hours per day. Try to get exercise daily. Spend time outdoors. Don't allow yourself to isolate - spend time with others. Considering volunteering. Watch the alcohol intake. Find activities that you enjoy. See your physician to evaluate for depression to include a medical work up. Cognitive behavioral therapy can be very beneficial. Take care.
