Agree w Dr. Raigan: Sometimes a person has a negativistic outlook on life which can lead to low mood. This can be addressed by correcting distortions of how you view the world and yourself. However, if you suffer from a clinical depression than would encourage evaluation by your physician who may refer for psychiatric/ psychological assistance. Take care.
