Well rounded: High protein meals, veggies, dark fruits along with a program set up by an at-c @ a health club specific 4 ur needs. Do some 1 on 1 sessions then semi private. Trying on ur own is very hard, and the money is well spent. When exercising it's very important 2 keep well hydrated and depending on ur activity level a protein supplement during and after a work out is advisable. Read al supplement labels.
