Anger & Back Pain: There are strong connections between back pain and anger/stress. This doesn't mean it's "all in your head, " but when you become tense (as we all do with strong anger) muscles in your back can tense also -- and hurt. Various forms of relaxation and other practices can help. Dr. John sarno describes this in his book: http://www.Amazon.Com/healing-back-pain-mind-body-connection/dp/0446557684.
