Almost anything: Good that you are asking. It sounds like you have some insight into the fact that drinking isn't helping. The answer to your question is very personal. Ask your doctor if you can. Some people are helped by psychotherapy and/or psychiatry. Some people get help in groups such as aa. If these aren't appealing, exercise, yoga, and meditation are a great place to start. Good luck.
