Unlikely: Lymphoma usually presents with swollen lymph nodes, occasionally night sweats, and occasionally weight loss. I've never heard of recurrent eye swelling as a symptom.

Orbital lymphoms can: Although rare, orbital lymphomas can present as a swelling , protuberance of the eye, causing what is called exophthalmos. Lacrimal glad lymphoma is a known but rare entity and often presents as a swelling around the eye.
