Diminished vision: Sarcoidosis is a slow inflammatory condition that features growths called granulomata. These can appear on lacrimal glands and create dry eyes. These can appear inside the eye orbit or on the optic nerve. These can cause nerve irritations and cause a paralysis of eye movements. If on the optic nerve, loss of vision may result. Floaters can result from inflammatory cells.
