Been having dry, itch eyes. now have sore lower lid in corner. also have swelling in nose close to top. no other symptoms beside post nasal drip.

Allergy?: I guess the sequence of events would be that you do have hay fever and by scratching or rubbing the itchy eyes you have introduced an infection to the lower lids. If I were correct, then you need to see your doctor and get this taken care of. Usually a nasal steroid would work but the eye infection requires a Rx antibiotic drop.
