Facial Palsy(paralysis) can be caused by more than one conditions, some of them are serious and can cause loss of vision. You should go see your doctor who may refer you to an Eye specialist(Ophthalmologist) for examination of the eye and may refer you to a neurologist who can conduct further testing to find out the cause of the swelling of the eyes...this would be unusual in Bell's Palsy.

Would urge neurological consultation regarding the entire picture, especially with worsening over a month. The swelling could be secondary to medication used to treat this, but the rhinorrhea is bothersome. Just to be safe, have a COVID-19 test.
