Dont drink much but 1 day drank a lot. my cmp test was normal. the nurse said my crp is 2.2 mg and maybe caused by pancreas inflammation. did i damage?

Not likely: CRP and test that measure inflammation are very nonspecific. They only show some inflammation is going on somewhere and not where the inflammation is.
