Define your limit and stick to it. Your system has a set limit on the amount of this toxic material you can ingest before it begins to damage the structures you mention and your brain (which you didn't) . A drink an hour or a total of a couple an outing may be tolerated easily. More may or may not. Drink to excess on a regular basis and the toxic effects accumulate.

If you can stay away from alcohol it would be great. If you want to drink do not accede more than a drink a day and try to stick with wine and not hard liquors. Eat a healthy diet and exercise and you will be healthy. Good luck.

Drinking alcohol every day for years will cause problems with many of your organs, of course the amount of alcohol you consume will determine how long your organs stay healthy. If you cut back, the amount and not drink every day than you will stay healthy longer. Try to exercise after you drink ,or play a sport to work up a good sweat, this will help if you don't drink too much.

Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, damage testicular cells that make testosterone, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.
