A doctor has provided 1 answer

Interesting: Glad to hear that your CT and CMP are normal. Dehydration can cause crystals to come out of solution and come out as grit in the urine. It is important to obtain a simple urinalysis to evaluate your urine. If there are any abnormalities, such as blood or crystals, you should visit with a urologist.
