I (27 white male) have a sudden outbreak of spider veins and cherry angiomas (or what seem to be) under my chest and ribs. i do have a history of heavy binge drinking, but a cmp showed everything to be normal. could this be genetic?

Normal CMP does not rule out liver problem. Liver ultrasound is indicated.

Whats a differential diagnosis for cherry angiomas? I have tiny, pin-prick red dots, not connected, all on my upper arm and chest, maybe 30 total. They do not blanch when pressed. Some are dark like dried blood, some bright red?
Are you sure cherry angiomas are not caused by estrogen attacking blood vessels. I have some on breast worried get cancer?
