Weight Loss: Google the mediterranean diet and try to follow as closely as you can. Also if you don't exercise regularly start by walking 20 minutes daily, since you are young you can eventually start running a few minutes, waking fast, then running again. Aerobic exercise like cycling, eliptical machine and sport activity would also help. Eventually incorporate weight training at least twice a week.
