No magic signs: No magic signs, other than "keep up the good work." If you eat a healthy diet and burn more calories through exercise than what you take in, you will lose weight. Weigh yourself periodically and you can track your progress. Remember, "slow and steady" wins the race,...you do not have to lose many pounds all at once. Best wishes.
