Talk to your doctor: About possible causes - most commonly, high blood pressure. Your doctor should optimize your cardiac health - a consultation with a cardiologist may be useful. Further imaging of your heart with echocardiography could help determine a cause for the cardiomegaly, if it remains unknown after a complete history and physical.
