Increased CT ratio: Please see your GP and they can make a cardiology referral to review . Will need further evaluation with ECHO to look for any structural issues . Numerous causes for cardiomegaly. This is very marginal.

Cardiothoracic ratio: IS the % width that the heart takes up across the width of the chest. >50% may be of significance and 53% is quite marginal. May or may not be important. For example if you have known heart condition may expect this. However if not may need followup with your GP to consider ECG and whether you need referral for investigation. Best to discuss with them and work out whether requires further
