translation= the appearance shows extra air trapping and thickened tissues in the middle consistent with COPD. The left side of the heart looks big. Everything else looks normal. Whether this is good or bad must be interpreted by the doc who ordered the x-ray and knows your history.

The x ray image may be uploaded to a virtual consultation with HTMG for a second opinion. The report indicates findings consistent with COPD, and management includes inhaled medications. Avoid smoke and smoke exposure. Left ventricular enlargement may reflect cardiac disease and labs/ EKG 12 lead recommended.
