Sounds like nerve: Most likely condition would be a pinched nerve. The nerves that supply the extremities stem from nerve in the back. The branches travel to the arms, legs, fingers and toes. A "pinch" could be from the back at its roots, but it an also be locally due to musculature. Get checked properly.
