Neuropathy: You should see a neurologist to further evaluate the nerve symptoms. If the scan of your brain and cervical spine was normal, then perhaps you need a thoracic spine MRI and blood analysis for certain causes of peripheral neuropathy.

Blood work: Has your B12 level been checked? Other nutrients? This could be metabolic - certainly nerves being affected.
