For the past couple of days i started having cold water like sensation on my back that goes all the way down both legs and into toes with tingling sensation in both my back, legs, arms all the way to the finger tips and head. no other symptoms.

Tingling: Widespread tingling sensations, if persistent, should be evaluated by a neurologist. Possibilities include polyneuritis, demyelinating disorder such as multiple sclerosis, toxic reaction or deficiencies of calcium, magnesium, vitamin b12 deficiency or electrolyte imbalance. Appropriate tests will be ordered.
