What would cause days-long numbness in limbs, mostly in left arm, that gets both better and worse depending on how i sit/move? there is slight tingling in my toes and legs, but most of the sensation is in my left arm. radiates to my pinky mostly?

See a neurologist and get an evaluation. Possible peripheral nerve issues, but could involve spinal cord or brain. This needs to be sorted out, diagnosed, and treated. Delay is not wise. Good luck
