Random pain throughout the body, tingling in fingers and toes, numbness in arms had emg it was normal what else could it be ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Systemic symptoms: The normal EMG may have ruled out a primary neuromuscular problem, but a vasculitis, neurological, or autoimmune disorder could be in play. Other causes could be endocrine (including diabetes), or even a panic disorder. I would suggest a thorough work up by your pediatrician or other primary care provider.
