My hepatic adenoma was biopsied in 2010. f/u scans show three new lesions. should i in my new state and doc ask for a new bx? has grown.

Yes You should: Original biopsy was almost 3 years ago, hepatic adenomas has slight tendency for malignant transformation , you want to make sure those three lesions are benign , early detection and resection will give best results , please go for it is relatively low risk procedure. Good luck.

Yes, you should: Increase in size and or appearance of new lesions is worrisome. You need to find out what it is that is growing. A biopsy is the only way to be sure that it is not a cancer. So get it checked out soon.
