Fundus and gastric body. docs took a biopsy and want to do a ct scan pending pathology report. what exactly could they be looking for?

Tumor spread: They are looking for any evidence that a tumor has extended through the stomach wall, involves regional lymph nodes, or has spread to other organs. Findings of the ct along with the results of the biopsies will help guide any needed further treatment. Hope the biopsy is negative. Good luck.

Got a pathology report back for a gastric biopsy. It said chromogranin and synaptophyisn show linear and micronodular ECL hyperplasia; Ki-67 immunostain is evaluated. What does it being evaluated mean? Should I expect to get a proliferation rate?
