Restoring blood flow: The different results may be differences in the Radiologists interpretation of the results or it may represent natural healing of the lining of the artery. Once an occlusion occurs inside a vessel, the body begins to repair the damage and re-establish blood flow through the thrombus (clot causing the blockage). This usually represents an improvement in the problem.
