Is it ok if i can't do some exercises of yoga very correctly?because of my body's low flexiblity?

Yoga: It is quite normal when you begin yoga exercises to have difficulty with certain poses. Good instructors understand it will take time to increase your flexibility. Be tolerant with yourself and it is quite likely your flexibility will increase as well as your overall health.

YOGA: Gosh, i love this question. Yes. The answer is yes. Yoga is a journey. The poses and stretches of yoga are difficult. The journey of learning and the process of repeated practice of this vital healthy activity can lead one to both a better physical condition but a better mental one as well. Keep it up!
