A 22-year-old female asked:
My heart rates mostly around 60-80 bpm , but often it goes down to as low as 48 - mostly at rest and after sleeping but sometimes even after a cup of coffee - im 22 and eat healthy but rarely exercise (just yoga, never cardio) - is this normal/ok?

Heart rate 48: May be normal or your heart rate monitor is not accurate. Check by feeling pulse at wrist. Count for 60 sec exactly.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
