Lipo doesn't cause: Weight gain. Following lipo, if you gain weight, the fat will tend to go to other areas. To get 10 lbs off, you would need about 4 liters of fat removed - the size of two full 2 liter coke bottles. That sounds unlikely at your weight. Best to discuss with your local plastic surgeon.
