Body : Body wraps should not be considered a long term treatment of excessive fat. The wraps work by tightening and dehydrating the tissues, and the results are very limited and last less than a day. This result may be considered acceptable for fitting more smoothly into a dress for an evening, but body wrap is not comparable to the results that are achieved with liposuction. Liposuction can reduce the volume of fat deposited in focused areas quite significantly. The results of liposuction are considered permanent, as the removed fat will not grow back. Future weight gain, however, will change your final result, as the remaining fat cells do continue to increase in size with weight gain. All the best, dr. Skourtis.

Weight loss : The effects of body wraps are very limited and neither body wraps nor liposuction are weight loss methods. They are body contouring methods commonly miss-advertised as weight loss. Change in your routine / diet and quality of food and exercise should help you better. Best!
