At least after 4 weeks to start with light exercises and gradually increase the intensity of your workout, 8 to 10 weeks would be safer for more intense exercises such as weight lifting. Good Luck.

Hi. You can go back to your regular exercise and other strenuous activities after six weeks. Attend the follow-up checkups with your surgeon. They should give you a definite recovery timeline as they monitor your progress.
