It's : It's pretty common to have bruising after neck liposuction. How much you will have varies quite a bit but it should resolve after about 2 weeks. Avoiding blood thinner medications and supplements before and after surgery can help minimize how much bruising who'll have.

Possible: Bruising comes from different factors: trauma from liposuction, blood thinners prior to surgery ( aspirin, advil, aleve, (naproxen) ibuprofen, red wine, fish oil, garlic pills, .... The list is long), or you capillary fragility which is genetic. Some of these factors are controllable such as the technique , avoiding blood thinners etc , but some are not, just your capillary fragility.
