Relatively?: The principle to abide by, is everything in moderation. "relatively healthy" is in the eye of the beholder since it depends on what you think is healthy and what isn't. For example, though eating a potato chip now may have less calories than eating a chocolate bar, the amount of antioxidants in the potato chip is far less than what's found in the chocolate bar.
